 Brake Press Operator


·         Read, analyze and interpret shop drawings

·         Select, load and install correct tooling

·         Bending of parts as directed

·         Perform quality inspections of parts to produce products that meet customers’ expectations

·         Machine set up, maintenance & machine trouble shooting

·         Help in other areas when required

·         Maintain a safe work environment and work safely. 


 ·         2+ years set-up and operating experience (Amada or Trumpf)

·         Capable of using calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools

·         Mechanically inclined

·         Maintain excellent attendance record

·         Able to work in a dynamic fast paced environment requiring multi-tasking and prioritizing 

·         Effective communication skills to discuss and understand work procedures, training, general direction and other issues with co-workers and supervisor

 Morning Shift: Works from 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime

Afternoon Shift (shift premium paid): Works from Mon-Thurs., 10hrs daily, with occasional overtime.

CAD designer / CNC programmer

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Date of Employment:  As soon as possible

The CAD designer / CNC programmer will have a strong sheet metal background and will assist CAD manager in create Drawings / performing CNC programming for sheet metal punching & forming . The incumbent will also manage engineering projects and undertake various tasks as assigned by CAD manager.


 ·         High-Level proficiency with Solid works sheet metal part design, mechanical assembly & part drawings

·         Broad understanding of sheet metal fabrication technology (punching, laser cutting , forming , PEM hardware , welding , plating / powder coating)

·         Working with product development to support and provide input at early concept stage to ensure design for manufacturability and assembly

·         Manage short term projects

·         Performing manufacturability reviews and defining the manufacturing sequence

·         Creating CNC programs for sheet metal punching and forming

·         Review , research and manage corrective actions regarding programming issues

·         Managing tool list for the CNC equipment

·         Dedication to continuous improvement

·         Adhere to company safety policy

·         A team player capable of interacting professionally with customers, suppliers and all levels of the organization.


 ·         Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Knowledge, training & experience

·         Minimum two years manufacturing experience, preferably in sheet metal industry

·         Detailed knowledge of Solid works sheet metal part design

·         CNC sheet metal programming experience, preferably TruTops Software, metamation

·         Excellent English communications skills required (verbal & written)

 We are looking for a person who is not afraid to sit in traffic and is willing to get his/her hands dirty. You will be delivering manufactured parts and will be asked to pick up items from suppliers. From time to time, you will be asked to help in shipping, packaging and anything else that is required in the shop.

The time worked will be Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
