Lean Manufacturing Initiatives

Hansen has been involved in Lean Manufacturing and Synchronous Manufacturing inititives for many years. Our current initiative is with the PullAheadBC, Profit Using Lean & Learning Initiative that is part of the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Association. We belong to a consortium and a Board that consists of other non-competing manufacturers and together we tackle key projects, learning together and stealing with pride. As part of the program, we are coached by a Lean Master Trainer. It is a 12 month program.
